Building a team — what it actually means

You can run the business on your own with your own customers. You can also, if you want, introduce others to the products and the opportunity. That second path is what we call team building.

A team is not a shortcut to stopping work. If someone says “passive income without effort”, that is not our language. Leadership here means being available, sharing what you have learned, and telling the truth that results vary.

Build slowly. Choose people who actually want this. And remember that a small, active community beats a large, silent diagram.
